Payment Options
We offer payment via Klarna or Clearpay, and we accepted all major debit and credit card payments which are processed through PayPal or Stripe secure payment gateway.
Credit Card Security
Credit/debit card details are collected by a secure payment gateway. The Crystal Buddha does not store your credit/debit card information.

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling

Delivery Charges
Shipping on orders starts at £2.95. We currently only ship to UK addresses
Dispatch and Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days Monday to Friday by Royal Mail
Damaged goods
If your purchase arrives damaged please inform us and return it immediately. A full refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to return goods please email us within 14 days of receipt to sales@thecrystalbuddha.com telling us of your intention. You then have 14 days from the day you contact us to return the goods.
When retuning goods please send by 'Royal Mail Signed For' in the same condition that you received them. We will then issue you with a refund. Please note that we do not refund postage costs on unwanted goods and if the item has been sent to you free of post we will also deduct the cost of the original postage.
